Technical Support
For technical support for an A2ZWare product, please use the links within the product. Look for the “Email a question” on the left side of A2Z Gradebook, A2Z Recipe File, or A2Z Puzzler.
For previous A2ZWare Windows products, support is available for products purchased within the last two years. Due to changing technology, we do provide technical support for older orders.
Sales Support
For questions regarding previous sales, pricing, or product features, contact A2ZWare Sales. Please note that order records are only retained for two years. We will not be able to answer questions regarding orders placed more than two years ago.

The fax number for the A2ZWare Sales department is (815)301-2825. This is for sales communications only. All other communications sent via fax are discarded. You must include one of the following if you want a response:
