Mrs. Dolan's Weekly Message-November 22, 2019

Submitted to All Campuses on Friday, November 22, 2019

Dear Holy Cross Families, November 22, 2019

Thank you is not enough to express the gratitude our Holy Cross Community has for the many contributions and donations to the Legacy Gala this year. All students will reap the benefits of Fund-A-Need in STREAM, technology, preschool, and our program for advanced learners. The entire community will benefit from a new integrated school information system. Specifically your generosity will be used to enhance our academic programs and electives at the middle school.

Our Christmas service project is off to a good start. Middle school students are encouraged to donate $5 to purchase gifts for less fortunate students in the St. Louis community. The goal is to be able to give a specific Wish List item to as many other middle school area students as possible.

Mrs. Marsha Kellogg, Reading Strategies Professor at St. Louis University, visited Ms. Sasser’s sixth grade social studies today. Mrs. Kellogg talked to our students about her time in India emphasizing their culture, food, and clothing.

Looking ahead:

Tuesday, December 3: Mass 8:00am

Wednesday, December 4: Principal’s Coffee - all grades, Regional Math Meet 3:00
