Mrs. Dolan's Weekly Message-February 14, 2020

Submitted to All Campuses on Friday, February 14, 2020

Dear Holy Cross Families, February 12, 2020

Today was our All Academy Feast of the Seven Holy Founders. All students in grades K-8 will be attending Mass and doing some grade level activities. The students will be working together making crosses to display on each campus.

Our math teams brought home two blue ribbons Tuesday from the Regional Math Meet held at Christ Prince of Peace School. HCA had the highest team score overall. Congratulations to our students and thank you to Ms. Tavernaro and our math teachers for preparing them so well. Ms. Sasser also helped chaperone the meet.

Please pray for some of our eighth grade students attending a Luke 18 Retreat this weekend. Luke 18 is a two-day retreat program designed for seventh- and eighth-grade students. It offers a variety of small and large group activities intended to help them grow in relationship with God and their peers. The retreat is led by a team of high school students who are, in turn, overseen by college students.

Also this weekend, four of our students will be attending the Math Counts Competition at Florissant Valley Community College. The students have been preparing all year and we wish them well.
