Mrs. Koberlein's Weekly Message-November 15, 2019

Submitted to All Campuses on Friday, November 15, 2019

Dear HCA-OLP Families,

I hope you all had a good opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher at conferences last week. If you ran out of time and have any lingering questions, please feel free to call or email that teacher. We are working together with a common goal of helping the students grow in faith and in academics, so communicating with each other about this can only help!

Have a great weekend, and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

In God’s Peace,

Mrs. Katie Koberlein

Principal, Our Lady of Providence Campus

Toy Drive

Holy Cross Academy Student Council is organizing a toy drive to benefit the St. Augustine-Wellston Center. We will start collecting new toys on Nov. 18, and the toy drive will end with our annual toy mass on Dec. 4.

Cold and Flu Season

Cold and flu season has arrived in the St. Louis area, and HCA-OLP is no exception. At school, we clean classroom surfaces regularly and remind the students to practice good hand washing and cover their coughs and sneezes. We also need parents’ help to reduce the spread of illness. It is important to keep your child home from school if there is a fever present or if your child shows other symptoms of illness. Students must have had no vomiting and be fever-free without the aid of fever-reducing medications for 24 hours before returning to school.

December Lunch Orders

December lunch orders are now open. The last day to order lunch for December is Nov. 22. After you place your order, please send in a check for the amount you owe. Order now so you don’t forget!
