Keeps Your Members Informed
A2Z Community also keeps your members informed. Members can
choose which "communities" within your organization most
interest them. News and events related to those communities
are displayed on their main page when they login. In addition,
they can receive a weekly email which lists the current
information related to their communities, along with links to
your website.
Customized for Your Organization
A2Z Community can be completely customized for you. We can use your logos, colors, and other information
you provide. You can easily add custom pages and menu items so
your website provides visitors with all of the information
they need.
A2ZWare offers two options for pricing. You can run the
application on a website which you host or A2ZWare will host
the site for you.

Hosting A2Z Community on Your Website
A2Z Community's modular design means you only pay for the
parts you need. Decide which modules you want to start with.
You can always add more later. Pricing includes installation
and customization by A2ZWare.
These are one time licensing costs. There are no recurring
fees, other than what you pay to your web host for hosting.

If you are not comfortable dealing with web hosting
yourself or need more technical assistance, A2ZWare can host
the application for you. Fees include web hosting, domain registration, installation,
customization, maintenance, and use of any of the A2Z
Community modules you choose.

If you intend to host A2Z Community on your own web site,
please note these requirements:
A2Z Community requires a web server which supports ASP.NET
1.1 or later. A Microsoft SQL Server database is also
required. If your current web host does not support ASP.NET or
provide Microsoft SQL Server databases, we can host the
application for you (see above) or recommend a third-party
host which supports this type of application.
For additional security, you can use an SSL certificate
with your website. SSL is optional.
