Keycodes for licenses which were purchased from A2ZWare in the past two years can be obtained by submitting a ticket to the Sales Department. Please include the following information:

• the product (ie. A2Z Word Puzzler, A2Z Gradebook +Plus, etc)
• the name you used when you purchased the product
• the email address you used when you purchased the product
• the postal address you used when you purchased the product
• the approximate date of purchase
• any other information which might be relevant to locating your order in the database

Please note that orders more than two years old are regularly purged from the database and cannot be retrieved from A2ZWare. Upon receiving your keycode, you should print it out and keep it in a safe place.
