To enter student performance for a student in the standards-based gradebook on your A2Z Community website

1. Select School from the navigation menu.
2. Select Gradebook from the School navigation menu.
3. In the Performance section, select Enter Performance by Student from the first drop-down list and the subject and term from the other drop-down lists and then select the Go button.
4. Select the student from the drop-down list.
5. Modify the student performance for each topic and assessment as necessary. If a student was not assessed at all for an assessment, check the Not Assessed checkbox.
6. Change the status (late, missing, absent, excused, unexcused) as necessary.
7. Add comments as necessary. These comments will not be viewed by students or parents.
8. Select the Save Changes button.

You must be logged in to enter student performance in the gradebook. You must also be a faculty member for the subject.
