To enter student performance for an assessment in the standards-based gradebook on your A2Z Community website

1. Select School from the navigation menu.
2. Select Gradebook from the School navigation menu.
3. In the Performance section, select Enter Performance by Assessment from the first drop-down list and the subject and term from the other drop-down lists and then select the Go button.
4. Select the assessment from the drop-down list.
5. Modify the student performance for each topic as necessary. If a student was not assessed at all, check the Not Assessed checkbox.
6. Change the status (late, missing, absent, excused, unexcused) as necessary.
7. Add comments as necessary. These comments will not be viewed by students or parents.
8. Select the Save Changes button.

You must be logged in to enter assessment performance in the gradebook. You must also be a faculty member for the subject.
