How to filter words in the Word List Editor
You can use the Use my words only check box and categories to limit which words
are displayed in the word list editor. This tutorial assumes you are already in
the Word List Editor. To enter the Word List Editor, click on the Edit Word List
button near the top of the window.
| 1. To show only words you have entered, check the Use my words only box.
In this example, the current user is Janice. After checking the box, only words
which have been entered by Janice are shown. To the left of the Use my words
only box, you can see that this filtered list contains only 16 word. |

| 2. To return to viewing words entered by all users and words which do not
belong to any user, uncheck the Use my words only box. |

| 3. To filter by category, select a category from the drop down list. In this
example, the people category is selected. Now only words in the category people
are listed. |

| 4. You can use the Use my words only option with the category filter. In
this example, Janice chooses to list her words in the people category.
Since she hasn't entered any words in this category, this list is now empty and
shows 0 words. |

entered words in this category, the list is populated again. |
