How to edit a report
This report demonstrates how to edit the Std Student Grade Report with Details.
A comment is added to the report. Then the comment column is deleted from the
data table. Finally the assignment category column is added to the data table.
You must be in the Report view to edit reports. If you are not in the Report
view, click the Report button near the top.

| 2. To add a comment, click on the element above where you want the comment.
Remember if you add the comment in a repeating section, the comment will be
repeated for each instance of the section. Then select the Elements menu,
Add, and Paragraph. Enter the text for the comment in the Edit
Field window. |

| 3. To delete a column from a table, click on the table. Then use the Next Col
and Prev Col buttons to select the column you want to delete. Then
select the Delete button in the Edit Table window. |

| 4. To add a column, click the Add Col button in the Edit Table window.
Select the data type for the column. In this example, the Assignment Category
is added. Then use the Move Left and Move Right buttons to
position the column. |

| 5. When you are finished making changes to the report, select the File menu
and Save Report. Give the report a name and select OK. Now the
report can be selected like any of the standard reports. |
