How to weigh averages by assignments

You must be in the Gradebook view to change your weighing options. If you are not in the Gradebook view, click the Gradebook button near the top.

1. First select the Classes menu and Edit. (If you have not added the class yet, select the Classes menu and Add New.)	View Video
2. Select the Give each assignment a weight option. Then select the OK button.	View Video
3. The default weight for each assignment is one, which means all assignments will be weighed equally. To change this, select the Assignments menu and then select Edit. (If this option is not enabled, click in an assignment column first to select the assignment.)	View Video
4. In the Assignment weight box, enter the weight for the assignment. Then select OK.	View Video
